Bionaturis debuta hoy en el Mercado Alternativo Bursátil

Bioorganic Research and Services, S.A. (Bionaturis) comienza a cotizar hoy en el segmento de Empresas en Expansión del Mercado Alternativo Bursátil a un precio por acción de 2,25 euros. Su objetivo es captar dos millones de euros -con la colocación del 30% de su capital- que le sirvan de rampa de lanzamiento para su expansión internacional. Sus retos más inmediatos pasan por desembarcar en Brasil este mismo año y llegar al mercado asiático en 2013-2014.

altDCMs independence allows the company to fully comply with the rules established by the MAB Notice nº4/2008 for Nominated Advisors. The Nominated Advisor must advise those companies listed on the market for smaller growing companies to make sure that they fulfill all their obligations.
